We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Emergency Management Director to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency management, with experience in the aerospace and defense industry.

As the Emergency Management Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing emergency management plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our organization in the event of a crisis or disaster. You will work closely with internal teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate emergency response efforts and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain emergency management plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities within the organization
- Coordinate emergency response drills and training exercises to test the effectiveness of emergency plans and procedures
- Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal emergency management agencies and other key stakeholders
- Lead the organization's response to emergencies, including natural disasters, terrorist attacks, and other threats to personnel and assets
- Communicate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to provide updates on emergency situations and response efforts
- Evaluate the effectiveness of emergency management programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to emergency management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in emergency management, public administration, or a related field

- Strong knowledge of emergency management principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
