We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist registered nurses and other medical staff in providing care for patients in the emergency room setting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need of urgent medical attention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses and medical staff in assessing and treating patients in the emergency room
- Take vital signs, record patient information, and assist with medical procedures as needed
- Provide comfort and support to patients and their families during times of crisis
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures to ensure quality care for all patients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a nursing assistant or equivalent training program
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care principles
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
