We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our construction site medical team in Abu Dhabi. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing immediate and specialized care to patients who are experiencing medical emergencies or trauma on the construction site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing, triaging, and prioritizing patients based on their condition and urgency of care
- Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the attending physician
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, symptoms, and progress of patients
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educating patients and their families on their medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Adhering to all legal and ethical standards of nursing practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience working as an Emergency Room Nurse
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
