We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employment Specialist Assistant to join our team in the Energy sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Employment Specialist in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the Energy sector.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on various platforms.
- Provide general administrative support to the Employment Specialist as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Energy sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
