Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employment Specialist Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and employment processes within the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying, recruiting, and retaining talent, while also ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Employment Specialist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for various agricultural roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions for open positions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure all recruitment documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
- Monitor and analyze employment trends in the agriculture sector to provide insights and recommendations for recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the development of job fairs, recruitment events, and other initiatives to attract potential candidates.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate sources, and diversity statistics.
- Provide administrative support to the Employment Specialist, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Stay informed about agricultural industry developments and labor market trends to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or employment services, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
