We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The Employment Specialist will be responsible for providing employment support services to students and alumni within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in career counseling, job placement, and employer relations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employment programs and initiatives to support students and alumni in their job search process
- Provide one-on-one career counseling and job placement assistance to students and alumni
- Conduct workshops and seminars on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to create job opportunities for students and alumni
- Collaborate with academic departments to integrate career development into the curriculum
- Track and report on employment outcomes of students and alumni

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, human resources, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in career counseling, job placement, or related field
- Strong knowledge of the local job market and employment trends in Dubai
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and career counseling software
