Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Energy Manager to join our dynamic team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing energy management strategies that minimize energy consumption, reduce costs, and promote sustainability within our organization. This role requires a strong technical background in energy systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor energy management programs to optimize energy efficiency across all facilities.
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend energy-saving solutions.
- Analyze energy consumption data and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to design and implement energy-efficient technologies and practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest energy regulations, technologies, and incentives, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Develop and manage the energy budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring that energy costs are optimized.
- Lead training and awareness programs for staff on energy conservation practices and sustainable initiatives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with energy suppliers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate and participate in sustainability initiatives, including renewable energy projects and carbon footprint reduction strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders to communicate energy management progress and achievements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in energy management or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful energy efficiency projects and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of energy regulations, standards, and best practices in the UAE.
- Proficiency in energy management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in energy management (e.g., Certified Energy Manager - CEM, LEED accreditation).
- Experience with renewable energy technologies and energy procurement strategies.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy monitoring systems.
