We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Financial Services sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation in financial technologies. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that enhance our financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement software applications and systems tailored to the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data analysts, and other engineers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Conduct system architecture design and analysis, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to ensure the smooth operation of financial systems.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems and processes.
- Document technical specifications, design processes, and system functionalities for future reference and compliance.
- Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate in the integration of third-party applications and APIs to enhance service delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in software engineering.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of professional experience in software development, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
