We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Healthcare projects. The successful candidate will work closely with architects and other design professionals to develop technical drawings and specifications for healthcare facilities, ensuring that all design elements meet building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and specifications for healthcare facilities
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any technical issues that may arise during construction
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that all designs meet current standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the healthcare sector
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
