Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for translating architectural designs into technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that all projects comply with building regulations and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to bring projects to life, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD and other design software to create detailed architectural drawings
- Produce technical specifications and schedules for construction projects
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and ensure compliance with design intent
- Assist in the preparation of planning and building permit applications
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues and provide technical support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- [4-8] years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
