Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Entertainment Manager to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing a variety of entertainment activities and events within a healthcare setting. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement entertainment programs and events for patients, visitors, and staff within the healthcare facility
- Coordinate with external vendors, performers, and artists to ensure high-quality entertainment offerings
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee financial aspects of entertainment events
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote entertainment activities and events
- Monitor and evaluate the success of entertainment programs, gathering feedback from stakeholders and making improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations during events and activities
- Supervise a team of entertainment staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, entertainment management, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Creative mindset and a passion for delivering memorable entertainment experiences
