### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Compliance Inspector to join our team in Dubai, focusing on agricultural practices. This position is critical in ensuring that agricultural operations adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability best practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting environmental stewardship within the agricultural sector while safeguarding natural resources and public health.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Conduct inspections and audits of agricultural sites to ensure compliance with local, regional, and national environmental regulations, including waste management, pesticide application, water usage, and soil conservation practices.

- Environmental Assessments: Evaluate the environmental impact of agricultural activities, identifying potential risks and compliance issues. Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions as necessary.

- Field Evaluations: Perform on-site evaluations of farming practices, irrigation systems, and waste disposal methods to ensure adherence to environmental standards and sustainability initiatives.

- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather field data, conduct sample testing, and analyze results to assess compliance with environmental regulations and agricultural best practices.

- Education & Training: Provide guidance and training to farmers, agricultural workers, and stakeholders on environmental compliance requirements, sustainable practices, and the importance of protecting natural resources.

- Collaboration: Work closely with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and agricultural associations to promote environmental awareness and best practices in the agricultural sector.

- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and compliance actions. Prepare comprehensive reports for management and regulatory agencies.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in environmental legislation and agricultural technology, ensuring that the organization remains compliant and informed about new best practices.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in environmental compliance, agricultural inspection, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of local, regional, and national environmental regulations pertaining to agriculture.
- Familiarity with sustainable agricultural practices and technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Proficiency in using environmental monitoring tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various agricultural sites.
