We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Environmental Compliance Specialist Assistant in our retail company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will assist the Environmental Compliance Specialist in ensuring that our company complies with all environmental regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting environmental audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance
- Help develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Monitor and track environmental permits and licenses to ensure they are up to date
- Assist in the preparation and submission of environmental reports to regulatory agencies
- Conduct research on environmental regulations and best practices to stay current on industry standards
- Assist in training employees on environmental compliance procedures and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and initiatives
- Assist in responding to environmental incidents and emergencies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field

- Knowledge of UAE environmental regulations and standards
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
