We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Environmental Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare facility complies with all relevant environmental regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental compliance programs and procedures to ensure adherence to local, regional, and national regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental compliance requirements and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in environmental regulations and ensure that our facility remains in compliance at all times.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for environmental agencies and regulators.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and national environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
