We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Consultant Assistant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental sustainability and a strong interest in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Environmental Consultant in conducting environmental assessments and audits for real estate properties
- Collect and analyze data related to environmental impact assessments
- Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations
- Assist in developing and implementing environmental management plans for real estate projects
- Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Stay up-to-date on relevant environmental laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Support in conducting environmental due diligence for real estate transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards in Dubai and the UAE
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
