We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation and logistics and a strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement environmental sustainability initiatives
- Monitor and analyze data related to environmental health and safety performance
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders on environmental health and safety matters

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
- [X] years of experience in environmental health and safety in the transportation and logistics industry
- Knowledge of local and international environmental health and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred
