Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic ESL Teacher Assistant to join our team in the field of Telecommunications in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the ESL teacher in providing English language support and instruction to non-native English speaking students within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the ESL teacher in planning and delivering engaging English language lessons tailored to the needs of telecommunications professionals.
- Support students in improving their English language skills through activities such as role-playing, group discussions, and language games.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance with their language skills.
- Assist in assessing students' progress and providing feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with the ESL teacher and other team members to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL certification is preferred.
- Previous experience working as an ESL teacher assistant or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of language learning methodologies and techniques.
