We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Producer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and engaging events within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and execute a variety of events including product launches, promotional events, and store openings
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop event concepts, themes, and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure all event logistics are handled efficiently
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are accounted for
- Oversee event set-up, execution, and breakdown
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to promote events and maximize attendance
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports and analysis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event production

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in event production, preferably within the retail industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
