We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Program Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the energy industry and extensive experience in managing event operations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of event programs, including logistics, budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and programs
- Oversee event registration, attendee communication, and feedback collection
- Analyze event data and metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Manage a team of event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in event management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in event management, preferably in the energy industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
