We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our Information Technology department in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the IT department in alignment with the overall business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security protocols
- Represent the company in IT-related matters with external stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems
- Familiarity with a variety of IT systems and technologies
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, CISSP) are a plus
