We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Exhibition Designer Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and execution of engaging and innovative exhibition displays and installations that showcase our company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Exhibition Designer to develop concepts and designs for exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
- Assist in creating 2D and 3D renderings, layouts, and technical drawings for exhibition spaces.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate production and installation of exhibition elements.
- Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and logistics for multiple exhibition projects simultaneously.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in exhibition design.
- Support the Exhibition Designer in conducting site visits, inspections, and quality control checks during the installation phase.
- Provide administrative support such as organizing files, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- [Random number] years of experience in exhibition design, event planning, or related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D modeling programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Experience working in the Information Technology industry is a plus.
