We are seeking a talented Exhibition Designer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong background in designing engaging and innovative exhibition displays.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand exhibition objectives and requirements
- Develop creative concepts and designs for exhibition stands that align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings of exhibition designs
- Source and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials, furniture, and AV equipment
- Manage the production and installation of exhibition stands, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
- Attend site visits and meetings with clients to present designs and gather feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in exhibition design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- [X] years of experience in exhibition design, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
- Strong creative vision and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
