We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exhibition Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Exhibition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing aerospace and defense exhibitions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive exhibition strategies to achieve business objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful exhibition planning and execution
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality exhibitions
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth operation of the exhibitions
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive attendance and engagement at the exhibitions
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Evaluate the success of exhibitions through data analysis and feedback collection

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in exhibition management, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and exhibition management software
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry trends and technologies
