We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Exhibition Manager to oversee all aspects of our company's participation in various IT exhibitions and events in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of successfully managing exhibitions and trade shows.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the company's presence at IT exhibitions and events in Dubai
- Coordinate all aspects of exhibition participation, including booth design, logistics, staffing, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and event organizers to ensure successful execution of exhibitions
- Monitor and track exhibition budgets, expenses, and ROI
- Analyze post-event data and feedback to continuously improve exhibition strategies and outcomes
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in exhibition management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in exhibition management, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of Dubai's exhibition landscape and industry trends
