We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Exhibition Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Exhibition Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing consumer goods exhibitions and trade shows to promote our products and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the overall strategy for consumer goods exhibitions and trade shows
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, vendor selection, and on-site coordination
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of exhibition goals with overall business objectives
- Coordinate with external partners, sponsors, and vendors to secure exhibition space, sponsorship opportunities, and promotional materials
- Oversee the design and production of exhibition stands, displays, and marketing materials
- Monitor and evaluate the success of each exhibition, including lead generation, sales conversions, and return on investment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously improve exhibition strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in exhibition management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- Knowledge of Dubai’s consumer goods market and exhibition venues is a plus
