We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of facility management practices. This role will involve assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of our construction sites and facilities to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of construction sites and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with setting up and dismantling temporary facilities as needed
- Provide support to the Facilities Manager as required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in facility management or a related field
- Experience working with construction equipment
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
