We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Dubai within the financial services industry. The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the factory, including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize production output
- Supervise and train factory staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to coordinate production activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
