We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Factory Manager to oversee our operations in Dubai. The Factory Manager will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring the efficient running of the factory, and meeting production targets while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Manage and motivate a team of production staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards
- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the factory
- Monitor and control factory expenses to meet budget targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and quality standards
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software
