We are seeking a dedicated and organized Faculty Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Faculty Assistant will provide administrative support to our construction faculty members and assist in the coordination of academic activities within the department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty members with preparing course materials, presentations, and research projects
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, seminars, and workshops for faculty members
- Maintain and update student records, grades, and attendance
- Assist in organizing field trips and site visits for construction students
- Manage the department's budget and expenses
- Provide general administrative support to faculty members as needed
- Assist in preparing and submitting reports to the administration
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners for collaborative projects
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new faculty members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in an academic or construction environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
