Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Laborer to join our construction farm in Abu Dhabi. The Farm Laborer will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the farm, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and general maintenance of the farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Planting, watering, and harvesting crops
- Operating farm machinery and equipment
- Assisting with irrigation systems
- Maintaining fences and other farm structures
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases
- Performing general farm maintenance tasks
- Following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience working on a farm or construction site
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of basic farm machinery and equipment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license is preferred
