We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Farm Laborer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a farm and a passion for agriculture and education.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery
- Assisting with irrigation and fertilization processes
- Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the farm
- Assisting with educational programs for students and visitors
- Providing support to farm managers and other team members as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a farm
- Knowledge of farm equipment and machinery
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in agriculture or related field
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting
- Bilingual in Arabic and English
