Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The Farm Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including planning, budgeting, and implementing programs to improve farm efficiency and productivity. This role will also involve managing a team of farm workers and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement farm operations programs to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Plan and oversee daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and irrigation
- Monitor and analyze farm data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage a team of farm workers, providing training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and manage farm budgets, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate farm activities and achieve overall organizational goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or related field
