We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, farm management, and program management within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of farm operations, including crop production, livestock management, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize farm productivity and efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure farm operations are meeting targets and goals
- Manage budgeting and financial forecasting for farm operations
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
- Implement sustainable farming practices to minimize environmental impact
- Supervise and mentor farm staff, providing training and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Farm Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in farm operations and program management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing farm operations and driving results
- Knowledge of best practices in agriculture and sustainable farming techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
