We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Program Manager to join our agriculture team in Al Ain. The Farm Operations Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of farm operations, including crop production, livestock management, equipment maintenance, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement farm operations strategies and programs to ensure the efficient and effective management of all farming activities.
- Plan and coordinate planting, harvesting, and irrigation schedules to maximize crop yields and quality.
- Monitor and analyze farm performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize productivity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field.
