We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and project management, with a passion for sustainable agriculture and farm development.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the construction and development of farms in Abu Dhabi
- Manage all aspects of farm programs, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of farm infrastructure, including buildings, irrigation systems, and equipment
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements
- Manage a team of farm staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement training programs for farm employees to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate farm operations with overall business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, construction management, or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and agricultural techniques
