We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Program Manager to oversee and manage our real estate farm programs in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, real estate management, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the farm programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the farm, including crop production, livestock management, and maintenance of farm equipment.
- Monitor and analyze farm performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing strategies for farm products.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and best practices in agriculture and real estate management.
- Supervise and provide guidance to farm staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management, real estate, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture practices, crop production, and livestock management.
- Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
