Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating our innovative agricultural telecommunications initiatives. This position demands a unique blend of agricultural expertise and telecommunications knowledge to enhance farm productivity through technology integration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and manage agricultural programs that leverage telecommunications technologies to improve farm operations and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance agricultural productivity.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, agricultural organizations, and technology providers to promote program participation and collaboration.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the benefits of using telecommunications in agriculture.

3. Project Oversight:
- Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.

4. Research and Development:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in both agriculture and telecommunications, integrating new findings into program strategies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot programs to assess the effectiveness of new technologies and practices.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data collected from various projects to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all programs comply with local regulations and international standards regarding agriculture and telecommunications.
- Identify potential risks associated with program implementation and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Telecommunications, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in the agricultural or telecommunications sectors.
- Proven track record of managing agricultural projects and initiatives that utilize technology.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and telecommunications systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management tools and data analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
