We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a farm, managing crops, and ensuring the overall health and productivity of the farm.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of planting schedules
- Monitor and maintain the health and growth of crops
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery
- Monitor and manage irrigation systems
- Implement pest and disease control strategies
- Assist in the harvesting and packaging of crops
- Keep accurate records of crop production and maintenance activities
- Work closely with Farm Manager to ensure farm operations run smoothly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working on a farm
- Knowledge of crop management techniques
- Experience with farm equipment and machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Agriculture or related field
- Experience working in a greenhouse or controlled environment agriculture
- Knowledge of organic farming practices
