We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm Technician to join our team in Dubai. The Farm Technician will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our agricultural farm, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery
- Monitor and control pests and diseases in crops
- Assist in the feeding and care of livestock
- Keep accurate records of farm activities and production
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on the farm
- Work closely with the Farm Manager to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working on a farm
- Knowledge of agriculture practices and techniques
- Ability to operate farm equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
