We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward individual to join our retail team in Dubai as a Fashion Assistant. The Fashion Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our fashion retail store, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with styling and outfit selections, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain the visual merchandising of the store, ensuring all displays are visually appealing and in line with current trends
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new merchandise, organizing stock, and conducting regular stock takes
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Assist with online orders and coordinating deliveries to customers
- Support the store manager in executing marketing and promotional activities, such as events and sales
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or fashion-related role
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and designers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with POS systems preferred
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
