We are seeking a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the construction industry. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish designs for construction uniforms, safety gear, and other apparel related to the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop unique and functional designs for construction uniforms and safety gear
- Research current fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Create sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new garments
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are translated accurately
- Conduct fittings and make adjustments to garments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in construction fashion
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- [X] years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on construction apparel
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong understanding of garment construction and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
