Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team in Dubai. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs for our educational institution's fashion department. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze trends in the fashion industry
- Develop and create new designs for clothing, accessories, and other fashion items
- Collaborate with the fashion department team to create cohesive collections
- Present design ideas to management and make revisions as necessary
- Oversee the production process to ensure designs are executed properly
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in fashion technology
- Assist in organizing and coordinating fashion shows and events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
