We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales at our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Work closely with retail managers to understand store performance and develop marketing initiatives to drive sales
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and store openings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging marketing materials and signage for retail locations
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
