Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai's dynamic Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, experience in financial services, and a proven track record of optimizing field operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Manage and oversee daily field operations, ensuring all activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of field staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement best practices to enhance productivity and service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments such as compliance, finance, and sales to ensure seamless communication and operational integration.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field operations, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for field staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the operations budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all field operations adhere to local and international regulations, maintaining the highest levels of ethical standards and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for senior management, detailing operational performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in operations management within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing field operations, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using operational management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
