We are seeking a highly experienced Field Operations Program Manager to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, managing a team of field staff, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field operations strategies to meet project goals and objectives
- Manage all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Lead and mentor a team of field staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and budgets
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
