Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Field Operations Program Manager to lead and oversee our educational initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing field operations, ensuring the effective implementation of educational programs, and enhancing the overall quality of education delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in education, project management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage educational programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including schools, educators, and community organizations, to ensure program success.
- Monitor program performance and evaluate outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

2. Field Operations Oversight:
- Oversee all field operations, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of educational delivery.
- Manage logistics, resource allocation, and scheduling for field operations.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of educators and field staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions and professional development workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, educational institutions, and community leaders.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and workshops to promote educational programs and initiatives.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to program performance and field operations to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on program status, challenges, and successes.

6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for field operations and educational programs, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and proposal development.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or operations within the education sector.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing educational programs.
- Strong understanding of the UAE education landscape and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.
