We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Film Producer Assistant in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for film production and a strong interest in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of film production projects in the healthcare sector
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and logistics for film shoots
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure smooth production processes
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking for film projects
- Assist in sourcing and securing locations for film shoots
- Assist in casting and talent coordination
- Assist in post-production processes, including editing and distribution
- Provide administrative support to the Film Producer as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communication, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and film production software
- Previous experience in film production or related field (up to 8 years)
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
