We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai within the healthcare industry. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in line with industry regulations and standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and working capital management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process.
- Prepare and review budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met and processes are optimized.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact financial operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
