We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analysis Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, preferably within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial analysis team in conducting in-depth analysis of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to senior management
- Provide recommendations for improving financial performance and reducing costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
