Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Examiner to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The Financial Examiner will be responsible for examining and evaluating the financial records of real estate companies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying potential risks and fraud within the real estate sector, as well as providing recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations of financial records, reports, and accounting systems of real estate companies.
- Analyze financial data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and potential fraud.
- Evaluate financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and improve financial processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact the real estate sector.
- Provide guidance and support to real estate companies on financial best practices and compliance issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
